These Guidelines apply to every Purposive website, product, API, AI agent, demonstration, advisory deliverable, integration, voice or chat interaction, and related service. They form part of our Terms and apply to customers, authorised users, end users, and anyone acting through an account.
You are responsible for your users, data, prompts, configurations, connected systems, output, decisions, and downstream actions. You must assess whether a use is lawful and appropriate before deployment and keep safeguards proportionate to the risk.
