These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Purposive Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (“Purposive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of purposive.in, our advisory and implementation services, hosted or downloadable software, AI agents, integrations, demonstrations, support, documentation, and related products and services (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using a Service, clicking to accept these Terms, or signing an Order that refers to them, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Specific Services, deliverables, subscription periods, usage limits, fees, service levels, deployment arrangements, and other conditions may be described in an online order, order form, statement of work, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or another written agreement accepted by Purposive (each an “Order”).
