Purposive Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (“Purposive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy applies when you visit purposive.in, contact us, attend an event, request a demonstration or callback, interact with our AI assistants, receive advisory or implementation services, or use a Purposive product or service.
We act as a controller or Data Fiduciary when we decide why and how information is processed, including for our website, enquiries, demonstrations, business relationships, security, and marketing. We may act as a processor or Data Processor when an enterprise customer supplies information through a Purposive service and determines its purpose. In that case, the customer’s notice and our written agreement with that customer also apply.
