Capability 04

Every suggestion approved by a doctor, and a record of who decided what.

When AI touches a clinical record, someone has to answer for it later, to a regulator, an insurer, or a court, and most systems cannot show who decided what. In Viver a clinician approves every suggestion, a risky prescription is blocked until a second doctor co-signs it, and each step is written to a log nobody can edit. When someone asks why a decision was made, the answer is already on file.

Prescriptions and reports, delivered, not chased.

A prescription or a lab order leaves the consult, and then someone has to chase it, the patient to the pharmacy counter, the nurse to the lab, the front desk for a report that never came back. Viver carries the order the rest of the way, to the pharmacy, to the lab, and back to the patient. Nobody chases paper, and nothing is quietly dropped.
