Sales intelligence across the full cycle, brief before the call, assist during the meeting, and automate follow-up after. One system, built so your team’s knowledge builds up instead of vanishing when a deal closes.

What it does
Capability 01
Reps prepare from memory and a quick scan of the CRM, so the opening minutes go on recap. WOLM writes a brief before every scheduled call, pulling account history, the open deal and the live email thread into one brief: the goal for the call, where the deal stands, who is attending and where each of them stands, the products worth positioning, and the questions to ask each person. It also scores the deal against MEDDPICC and BANT so the gaps are named in advance. You start the conversation current.
Capability 02
Taking notes costs attention, and the moment to handle an objection passes while you are typing. WOLM captures the call through a browser extension or a recorder that dials in on Meet, Zoom, Teams or Webex, transcribes it live, and reads each stretch of conversation for signal, phase and urgency, bringing in the right specialist as it moves: discovery, demo, objection, negotiation, closing, rapport, technical or product. The prompt arrives during the call, not in the write-up.
Capability 03
Whatever is not written down in the ten minutes after a call is lost, and CRM hygiene is the first thing to slip in a busy week. The moment a meeting ends WOLM produces the summary, takeaways, action items, sentiment and topics in a single pass, cleans the transcript into a readable report, and adds a retrospective covering what was decided, what was signalled, what was missed and where the rep can improve. The record exists before anyone has to remember to write it.
Capability 04
A proposal waits on the one person with time to write it, and by the time it goes out the meeting has gone cold. The Proposal Agent drafts it from the record of the call itself, the summary and what was committed to, the stage and value of the opportunity, and the pricing and terms held in your product catalogue. The draft arrives attached to the deal, scoped to what was actually discussed, for your team to edit and send.
Capability 05
Outside a handful of markets the meeting does not happen in English. The call switches language halfway through a sentence, and whoever writes it up afterwards is translating from memory, badly. WOLM transcribes across twelve languages and follows the switch as it happens, then writes the summary, the action items and the CRM record in one language for the business. Your reps talk the way their customers talk, and head office still reads a single record.
Capability 06
The answer usually exists already, spread across a CRM record, a transcript from six weeks ago and an email thread nobody filed. Ask WOLM in plain language and it works out what to look up, queries your accounts, deals, tasks, meetings, documents and mail, and searches your knowledge base by keyword and by meaning at once. The reply comes back as readable prose with the tables and figures behind it, and a draft task or email when there is something to action.
Capability 07
Follow-up is where deals leak: the note said send the pricing, and it went four days later. WOLM drafts the follow-up email from the meeting itself and puts it in your queue as a pending draft, and turns each action item into a CRM task with an owner, a due date and a priority. Nothing sends on its own, and nothing waits to be remembered.
Connectors
WOLM isn't another silo. It connects directly into the CRM, calendar, meeting, and document tools your reps already live in, pulling context in before a call and syncing structured outputs back out after it.
Notes, action items, and CRM fields update automatically, so the system of record stays current without anyone copying and pasting between tabs. New integrations ship continuously, and anything custom is a documented REST API and webhooks away.

Communication
What it changes
For the sales rep
A brief before every call, with the gaps in the deal already named.
Notes, tasks and CRM records written the moment the call ends.
Coaching in the conversation, not in a review three weeks later.
Every past call searchable in plain language, by anyone who joins.
For the organisation
Pipeline accuracy stops depending on what reps remember to log.
The way your best rep handles a deal becomes available to all of them.
Follow-ups are drafted and tracked, and a person still approves every send.
Account knowledge stays in the business when the person leaves.
How it works
The CRM is the system of record. WOLM captures each customer conversation, turns it into structured records and writes them back automatically, so the account history builds up instead of depending on who remembered to type it in.
Relationships and stakeholders, from the record.
Built from the account history.
Recorded, or captured without recording.
Grounded in the account history.
Accounts, contacts and deals updated.
Tasks, reminders and shared memory.
Tenant CRM
The system of record, one database per tenant
The loop closes: follow-through becomes the account context for the next call, so the record compounds with every conversation.
Isolated by database
Each tenant gets its own database, not a shared table with a tenant column.
Customer-authorised connectors
Your administrator grants, scopes and can revoke every integration. There is no direct access to any customer database.
Grounded in your records
Answers come from retrieval over your own records, and only the retrieved passage reaches a model.
Models are replaceable
A routing layer picks the model for each task, so a provider can be swapped without changing the product.
